Martin Freeman reprises his role as father Paul, and Daisy Haggard returns as mother Allie.
Series 3 ended with Paul and Allie on the verge of breaking up, but five years have passed since then and the children have all grown up.
Bosses have teased that the Worsley family will face their biggest parenting crisis yet.
New characters will also be introduced, including Oscar Kennedy as 18-year-old Luke and Zoe Athena as 16-year-old Ava.

The final series will be available as a box set on NOW TV from Friday 20 October, with episodes broadcast weekly on Sky Comedy.
The series also features Paul’s parents Jim (Alan Armstrong) and Jackie (Joanna Bacon), who are in turmoil.
It was revealed in June that Breeders had been fired.
Sky has announced that the show will come to a natural end after first launching in 2020.
