SIR Paul McCartney will collaborate with rock rivals The Rolling Stones for the first time in nearly 60 years.
The Beatles legend will be featured on a song on the band’s next album.
Macka, 80, joined Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood for a secret recording in his LA studio.
His only previous connection to the Stones was a cameo appearance in 1967 with Beatles bandmate John Lennon.
The Beatles and Stones enjoyed a bitter rivalry in the ’60s, but have since come to respect each other.
The Stones have hinted at their first new album since 2016’s Blue & Lonesome.

Earlier this year, Richards, 79, posted an Instagram video hinting that new music was on the way, while Mick, 79, said in a 2021 interview that the band had “completed a ton of tracks.” said.
He also talked about how Covid lockdowns have slowed the process.
It will be the 31st studio album since drummer Charlie Watts died in August 2021 at the age of 80.
Richards said he recorded some new material with them before Watts died.
